非常棒的酒店，带小朋友长者一起，前台很贴心的升级了一间亲子房，酒店非常贴心的准备了很多小朋友的东西，和长者的房间在一起也方便照顾。小朋友一进酒店就不愿意出门了，还配有小童乐园。停车场车位充足，而且还能充电，非常方便。酒店位置绝佳，周边商圈和景点都很近。早餐种类丰富，中西式菜品都有，味道绝佳，尤其喜欢他们的现煮麪档。酒店配有洗衣房，阳台可以晾晒，不用担心洗衣问题。入住期间服务员都会主动问好，热情满满。

下订单没多久酒店小何就联系我，细致的问了需求，得知是一家三口入住後，主动升级安排了超大床的房间，哈哈真的好大一张床，三个人睡还很宽敞。这次主要去随州玩，酒店位置很好，超大停车场免费停车，去了博物馆跟炎帝故里，都不远，交通便利路况也好。酒店有机器人可以送外卖到房间，保护了住客私隐又很便利。小童乐园免费开放，小朋友玩的很开心。早餐丰盛选择性多，食材新鲜可口。这次家人都玩的比较开心，点赞[强]

溳水河畔的随州碧桂园酒店，处在随州城一河两岸的核心地段：正面与主城区的繁华隔水相连，後面有自然山林的鸟鸣清幽；旁边是高档别墅社区，环境优美、配套齐全。
酒店是新古典度假风格的外立面，室内走的是巴洛克的豪华路线，首层大堂的天花壁画尤其令人印象深刻。虽然是运营多年的成熟酒店，但内部设施齐全完善，且完好如新，尽显酒店管理的专业水准。
客房标准高、面积大、自带休闲阳台；早餐丰富有品质，有道当地特色猪蹄（猪拐子），厨师把软濡和Q弹两种胶质口感做得恰到好处，令人回味。
虽然仅住两天，却给予了我诸多美好的体验。感谢酒店工作人员的和善和温暖，特别蒋经理的耐心和周到。
