说是四星酒店，到酒店以后像招待所，工作人员说房间是按照四星酒店标准做的，这也就算了，上午11点停水停电到退房都没有办法喝水洗漱，没有紧急供电，从9楼步行到一楼也没什么，退房的时候房间没有消费押金也没办法退，说是电脑打不开没办法操作，住了这么多酒店，这家真是奇葩。
