1:我定的特价大床房，网上介绍是1.8大床，为啥只给1.5米的，给小的也没关系，但是这样欺客不好
2:说好的有两张早餐券，为什么只给一张，虽然我一个人住，但是你可以跟我说清楚，我也不会不讲道理，但是你们招呼也不打一声，就这样做主张，这样不好
3:床单和被套下次请仔细看清楚，一客一换这是规定！不要让我们喊你们换。
