硬件较好，服务一流，每个服务人员都非常礼貌，还有欢迎水果和小点心，牛奶，女儿非常喜欢，住合肥香格里拉直说不如恒力酒店，有一些小不足，房间插座不太好用，希望改进

房间大电视可以做可视门铃使用 很安全的感觉
20点半左右接到电话问是否吃了晚餐需要粥么 有两种可以选择
自动马桶
卧具干净平整
早餐种类丰富
大衣粘了很多灰尘和白白的小毛毛 穿着不舒服 退房时随口一问 前台贴心的准备了粘滚 多谢毕经理帮忙细心的粘了后背 临走还送了点心！ 很好的体验！没有拍照很遗憾！
