房间还可以，卫生间设备比较旧，淋浴锈迹斑斑，热水还可以，水流也比较大。洗脸池水龙头放出水有锈黄色，等一会才有干净水。这个价格也差不多了。空调不行，开大半天还是不暖和，还好衣橱有毯子。还可以吧。
