1.对于酒店服务态度不满意，在网上预订客户，到前台等了好久才办理好入住，离开酒店跟气人，说前天入住酒店退房超时，需要额外交16元，我已经在网上预付续住，怎么会超时，也是对这家酒店服务态度无语
2.酒店环境太差，插座很少，灯光不好，还有灯泡已坏，没有维修，感觉很黑，房间有异味，洗漱台下水管道有异味
这是我入住最差的酒店，以后再也不会入住
