老板人很好，房间内有免费的茶叶包，咖啡包。小零食的价格一点都不贵，10块钱一大包，我们买了5包送人。店家还配了进口红酒，价格很合适，很喜欢！

客房内配有洗衣机，也有阳台，可以晾晒衣服。也有熨斗，熨板，挺方便的。房内整体环境，整洁干净，配置齐全，性价比很高。

入住和退房都很方便，不需要前台排队。客房经理直接接待，在客房内办理入住和退房。而且房内特别干净，可洗衣做饭，周末携同家人度假不错的选择哦

正好赶上元旦期间做活动，酒店搞了抽奖活动，虽然本人只中了一箱饮料，但还是非常开心的，酒店很有特色，也很人性化，值得推荐。

客房经理服务很热情，人也超好，着急赶高铁，没打到车。客房经理二话没说就直接开车送我们去苏州高铁站了，非常非常好的酒店，必须推荐！！！
