环境不错，服务也很好，很细心。需要提的是床和枕头、被子都特别舒服！就是隔音实在是不好，走廊、隔壁房间一点声音都听的到！综合评分我觉得应该在4.5吧！如果隔音好的话，那就真的不错了

酒店还不错，很干净～就在观前街里面人民商场旁边，出了门就是大光明电影院，但是酒店房间布局很紧凑，厕所都是敞开的，只有淋浴有门，spa浴缸很大很舒服，最不好的就是房间里和对面房间中间还有个门可以打开，隔音效果也很差，感觉这个价格还是有点亏的 不值这个价格！

设施非常好，前台微笑式服务，还送了两瓶饮料，本来订的日式spa房，免费升级了精品房非常不错，房间布局很喜欢，有唱片机，冰箱，非常高端，除了中途有两次断电，其他非常满意，下次来苏州一定再订这家！
