住的217，免费升的影音房，环境不错，就是前台应变能力不行，原先开的房间空调坏的开始还不给我们换，硬要说空调没坏也是醉了，搞来搞去最后没办法了才给换的，你怕麻烦我可以理解，问题是你总不会觉得客人会委屈自己闷在没空调的房间住两晚吧，有待提升。

电动窗帘小孩子很好奇，投影仪放电影小孩子很好奇，有孩子专用的小号一次性拖鞋很贴心，影音大床房的床真的很大而且三面靠墙不用担心孩子掉下来，热水也给力！位置也好，离园林、观前、平江都不远，地铁口也很近，酒店出门就是公交站，交通很方便。

入住影音房，里面设施和图片完全一样，很现代，感觉超棒，服务也好，干净卫生，总之性价比很高。

酒店位置很好，走路去苏州的一些知名餐馆都很近，去景点的话坐地铁和公交都很方便。房间有点小，不过影音房看电影还挺不错的，就是电影都是付费的，不得已买了会员。下次去苏州还会考虑住的。
