酒店是一幢独栋别墅，就一位菲律宾管家马琳，人很好，中文沟通基本无障碍，早餐都是她做得，有包子，煎蛋，香肠，粥，蔬菜。房间很干净，床垫特别舒服，还有乳胶枕，就是窗帘不遮光，早上很早就被阳光照醒。别墅所在小区环境不错，人少，可以在里面转转，楼下可以停4辆车吧。酒店离周边几个水乡很近，到同里16km，到周庄6km，到金泽开车19分钟。但是没有车的话不建议住，周边没有公共交通，饭店也少。

入住方便，管家很亲切，服务到位。虽然整体设施设备有些老旧，但是房间、床铺都很干净，和图片一样，没有过度美化。周边环境很美，整体比较安静。是散心度假的好去处。唯一不足是吃的不太方便，只有一家心宿餐馆，离酒店400多米的距离，在同一小区内，个人感觉性价比不高。其他想吃的话得开车去周庄或者同里逛一逛了。
