整体居住环境很好，卫生非常干净，服务也很好。电梯需要刷卡才可以上楼，但是外卖，服务员会帮小哥上去。整体管理很好。

第一次住这家酒店，以前住附近几个酒店，酒店设施还比较新，早餐品种该有的基本都有，可以满足大多客人要求。表扬一下前台小妹，第一天住的那间房比较小，感觉不舒服，和前台反应，她很爽快热情的帮助调换了一间大一些的房间，很满意，还会继续关注。

非常不错的一家酒店，设施比较新，位置也不错，服务做的还是需要改进的，入住后房间发现蜘蛛，这是打扫不及时不能避免的，前台找了个阿姨用手直接就清理了，(吓到我了)前台也缺少服务意识，也没有回电话确认客人的情况表示安抚，也没有再提这件事，好像没发生一样，如果如家真的要向高端连锁靠近的话只提升硬件是不够的，服务意识和培训也要不断进步，加油哦
