订的单人房，前台给了一个打开窗户就是走廊的房间，走廊人来人往的特别吵，房间隔音隔音效果几乎无，然后床头正对着房门，在观察周围还有其他房间后要求换间房，而且携程上还有单人房，前台各种狡辩，就是不肯换房间也不肯退，态度很差，只能加钱换套房，最后没办法只能自己加钱换了套房，毕竟太吵了没法睡，这样的服务态度下次不会再去。
