酒店位置优越，在平江路步行街的中间位置，步行到狮子林和拙政园都很近，酒店边上就是网红店桃花源记。酒店大堂不大，免费提供银耳汤和水果，客服态度好，入住的第一间觉得有油漆味，和前台联系马上换了一间，房间挺大的，浴室和厕所是分开的，房间装饰很有特色。

就在平江路运河河边，枕水人家，环境很棒。但是有几个问题：1.床太软不舒服，翻个身床不仅有声音还会动。2.卫生工作有待提高要求和水平，有些地方没擦干净。3.门锁太简单不安全

酒店位置很好，环境很有特色！离狮子林非常近，就在平江路上，很方便溜达！服务人员也非常热情，来时找不到，还下着雨，亲自来接的我们，免费升级了房间！
