  房间设施简单，床比较短，深度睡眠枕没什麽作用。服务态度一般，备注了高楼层远离电梯，在有空房的情况下给了两楼，我再三要求才换到了三楼，房间外面是设备平台，离电梯不远，晚上开关门很吵，窗有异响。地理位置还行，月光码头不是很热闹，来金鸡湖玩住东方之门那站更方便。我比较不满的是前台没有经过我的同意直接用我手机号注册会员，让我报验证码。注册会员当次是没有任何优惠的，既不升级房型，也不送早餐，欢迎饮料也没有。退房後发了一段消息让我复制粘贴写好评，但我觉得酒店服务几乎没有，枕套皱皱的，没有任何惊喜，就是很普通的商务酒店。四五百的价位完全可以选一些地理位置更好的特色酒店。

  房间很乾净，设施也挺齐全，睡衣都用塑料袋装好，枕头的类型专门有记忆枕头，房间里面有咖啡壶和挂耳咖啡，也有基本的茶具。衞生间很不错。

  本次旅行入住苏州金鸡湖边上的这家亚朵酒店太赞了??????入住有奉茶，开发票很快，离店暖心水，服务非常好，有宾至如归的感觉。在阳台上就能看见金鸡湖，地理位置优越，几分钟就到地铁站，步行几步到湖边就看到“大裤衩”“苏州之眼”。酒店设施新，房间乾净整洁，床品舒服，早餐也很丰富 ，下次来苏州还选这家。

  价比各方面很高，临时看演出预订的，金鸡湖周边几乎都住过，这家新的亚朵S倒是出乎我意料得好，前台也很有礼貌，诚品就在对面，相比老牌洲际等，它胜在新，智能小度控制。看文化中心演出应该是首选酒店了。金鸡湖的日出日落挺美，晚上也可以去周边市集品酒烧烤等。

  酒店服务非常周到。节日期间免费为我们升级了房型，送了许多有苏州特色的小礼物，房间非常乾净衞生。地理位置十分优越，在阳台可以看到金鸡湖，酒店离距离文化艺术中心步行约5分钟，周边就餐、交通十分便利，夜景非常美，下次来苏州首选这里。
