12月8日下午5点左右和家人入驻酒店，前台两位工作人员笑容满面，服务热情周到，认真仔细的回答我们所提出的问题，房间升级直接吧我惊艳到了，，，非常感谢你们的贴心安排，房间装修温馨雅致，衞生细节拉满，用品品质不错，住着非常舒心！让我们今天的入住体验特别惊喜和愉快！12月9号一大早我们去前台，问了一下附近是否??菜场，夜班的工作人员给我们讲了菜场位置，很清晰，需要注意的事项等等，感谢感谢！小花园是惊喜亮点哦，一定要打卡拍照??，早餐吃的很是舒服。哈哈哈，让胃得到了满足，，下次在去苏州，一定会再次光临该酒店??的，感谢??

入住体验非常愉快！房间布局合理，充电特别方便。小花园是闹市中的一片净土，很适合小憩，很喜欢在中庭晒太阳。还有淡淡的青草味。服务方面尤其要点赞，感谢小乔的热情与细心，她的每一次问候都让我们感到被重视和欢迎。

The location is not convenient to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped book a taxi and sheltered us in the taxi on a rainy day. The food nearby is really good and nice ??

Booked here because it was near Tiger Hill Scenic Area. Hotel seems to be undergoing maintenance when I stayed. You take the #1 bus about a 3 minute walk away which would take you to Tiger Hill, the nearest metro, or to central Suzhou. Great room, breakfast was OK. Main thing to consider is that there aren't any essential stores/groceries/convenience stores nearby, so be sure you can order for delivery or stack up on supplies before you check in.
