首先，前台客服服务很好，免费帮我们升级了房间，从大床房升级到了高级商务大床房，而且还是一房一厅的，房间装修很新，设备也很新，酒店还有免费洗衣机和烘乾设备，相当方便，早餐类型也听丰富的，唯一不足的就是连续两天早上七点多天花板就出现滴水的声音，走的时候跟前台反馈了，客服很细心登记了，不错

酒店位置便利，步行可达地铁站，周边吃喝方便。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，衞生间乾湿分离，24小时热水和免费Wi-Fi超实用，前台办理入住高效，机器人送物很便捷。美中不足是房间有明显异味，尤其衞生间有明显烟味，隔音一般。房间价格较贵。

小朋友十一去苏州踢足球就住这家酒店，很方便，球场就在对面！最满意的地方就是3层的洗衣房了，如果是洗烘一体就更好了！
早餐也干净的，种类不少的！要是有咖啡就更美了！
