地理位置特别方便！订的这家就是因为在山塘街里面想晚上人少的时候出去拍照，非常喜欢酒店的风格，外面是古风，里面干净简洁现代，有送咖啡和面包，小哥哥小姐姐和保洁阿姨都很nice～??

这是一次特殊的住宿体验，起初纯粹为了方便照顾父亲手术，在距离市立医院不远的七里黛订了一周住宿，意外的是期间我们感受到了太多的真诚与感动！必须给七里黛全体员工点大大的赞[强][强]还有，他们的咖啡也做的非常专业，每天一杯可以免费品尝。有那么高水准的员工素质，自然住宿环境管理也很到位，总之，下次如果来苏州旅行，我们还会选择七里黛。就冲着帅哥小赵说的那句:来这儿就跟回家一样！

这次入住山塘街的酒店简直是意外之喜！推开窗就能将山塘河的美景尽收眼底，白墙黛瓦、摇曳的乌篷船，彷佛置身江南画卷。酒店整体设计融合了苏式园林的雅致与现代轻奢风格，房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，智能设施一应俱全。最让我感动的是服务，从前台热情的路线指引，到管家贴心准备的苏州特色小食，处处都彰显着用心。地理位置更是绝佳，下楼步行就能逛遍山塘街的老字号，品尝地道苏帮菜。下次来苏州，这里一定是我的首选！

体验真的很不错，从入住到退房分别是三位不同的人接待的，但是服务都很好无差别，细节上体现，入住时主动帮升了房型（房间挺宽敞的），晚上外卖也是前台帮送到房间，特别有效率。次日退房还帮打包了茶点…全程微笑服务，强烈推荐，有机会再来绝对首选！

位置挺方便，想不到工作日，游客也多到无处下脚。房间功能设定可以再优化，没地方挂衣服，住在这里肯定是冲着游玩、拍照来的，不太实用。

Beautiful design, and rightly so. Many tourists queuing at the entrance to take photographs, so just take note. I stayed for 3 nights and had a good time resting and unwinding from the chaos right outside- the Smart TV is wonderful.
Thank you to ah Zhou and other male receptionist for being so warm, friendly, and giving me a room upgrade. Their kind gestures made my stay enjoyable.
I did find the room a little pricey and comparable to big brand names. But that’s what you pay for for a good location. It is also located nearby a train station.

位置没得说，就在山塘街景区内，步行几分钟就能吃到荣阳楼的苏式糕点、姚记豆浆的招牌美食，晚上还能去感受山塘街的热闹夜景。民宿老板超热情，不仅帮忙规划游玩路线，还贴心准备了苏州特色小吃。这次体验满分，下次来苏州，还要住这儿！
