乾净整洁，小院子也很有意境。离地铁站真就一两百米吧，总共十分钟坐地铁赶到了火车站，太方便了。值得推荐。满分

Great hotel, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The sheets and the towels, as the rest of the room were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and polite.
I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Suzhou. The location is very convenient, because the 2 main gardens are 10 min walking distance from it and the Suzhou railway station is 1 metro stop away.
Amazing stay! I would definitely come again!

房间宽敞，整洁明亮，窗外园林景观也很有特色，每日冰箱饮品都会有更新，床铺很舒适，枕头睡着也很舒服，工作人员服务态度好，特别热情，离开前还有附赠冰箱贴小礼品，有机会还会再次选择??

超级棒的酒店！第三次来苏州旅游了，酒店离地铁站很近，步行到各景区都方便。前台小姐姐特别热情给予帮助，酒店虽然在老城区路边，但进入之后别有洞天，园林景观也很好看！下次还会选择这家店的！

非常漂亮的园林酒店，位置极好，去拙政园和苏州博物馆走一会儿就到了～酒店能免费借汉服，很出片～前台热心细心，特意给小朋友准备了小童牙刷和拖鞋，还给我们推荐了好吃的餐厅～双卧套房简直是家庭亲子的首选～配的洗浴用品味道很好闻～

这次入住体验超预期！酒店地理位置绝佳，步行几分钟就到地铁站，出行超便利。房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软舒适，遮光窗帘和良好的隔音让我睡了个好觉。设施很贴心，床头有USB充电口，衞生间乾湿分离，热水充足。前台服务热情专业，办理入住高效，还主动分享本地游玩攻略。早餐种类丰富新鲜，性价比超高。不管是商务出差还是旅游都很合适，下次来一定还选这里！

此次苏州之行入住体验非常愉快。酒店环境优雅，服务一流，员工都非常友善、热心。我们提前提出希望两间房安排在一起，酒店也迅速为我们妥善安排。
特别想感谢酒店员工李珂和夜班保安的专业与爱心。孩子在外用餐后出现严重过敏反应，回到酒店后发展为过敏性休克。门口保安第一时间联系前台，李珂迅速反应，立即协助呼叫救护车，并全程陪伴在旁，安抚并照顾孩子，直到救护车到达，让我们在紧急时刻感到非常安心。
凌晨三点半我们返回酒店，她依然亲切地接待我们，充分体现了她的责任感与温暖的人性关怀。
衷心感谢李珂和夜班保安，五星好评，强烈推荐。
