送孩子来苏州读大学，在网上千挑万选选了这个酒店，离地铁出口5米，过道就是万达商圈，买东西吃饭都特别方便，酒店装修很新，很舒适，隔音也好。客房保洁朱女士热情周到又贴心，餐厅服务的一位大姐为我找来了想吃的荠菜春卷，太感动了，本来想退房住在离孩子学校近一点儿的酒店，但不断的续住了一天又一天。好喜欢这里，今后看女儿，就住这儿了。像个家。

和颐酒店就在人民路十字路口万达广场斜对面，出门就是地铁口，没有比这更方便的了！酒店开业不长时间房间宽敞，内部设施齐全，热水很好！6楼的餐厅提供的早餐很丰富，环境舒服，比较精致，且天天在换，服务人员的态度非常好！另外，这个位置周围紧临万达广场、城市生活广场、家乐福超市、苏大附属第一医院等，吃喝玩乐太方便了！坐在床上即可通过落地窗欣赏到苏州特有的四通八达的马路旁的运河水流过，可看到执着的钓鱼爱好者静静地坐在河边等待着……。这个酒店很棒，下次来还会住！

房间新装修的味道太大了，带孩子住的心惊胆战，空调噪音也大，临街很吵，说没空房没法调换。离拙政园很远，还好意思说直线距离很近，我问前台一个男服务生怎么去，板着脸说打车去呗，我要打车去还用问你，服务态度超差。这是在苏州住的最差劲的旅店了。原来给五星就会给早餐券，怪不得评价那么高。嫌麻烦从来不点评，这个忍不住了
