酒店位置非常棒，就在苏州地标东方之门的对面，旁边还有湖景，环境十分优美。适合旅游入住。前台服务也很热情！遇到问题会很热情的帮忙解决。房间很大，宽敞舒适，装修给人的整体风格就很舒服。总体感觉非常满意，下次还会来！

酒店位置很好，出门就是地铁。但是房间太差了。一共定了5间，房间都很小就不说了，只适合一人住，多一个人就转不开身了。最后只有两间没换房凑合住了，其实也不满意，因为是假窗户，相当于无窗。可是定的时候居然就说有窗，什么是有窗？能打开通自然空气，看风景的才是有窗。另外三间就根本没法住了，换房三次，最多的一间换了四次才换到能住的房间。之前要不就是臭味浓郁到没法呼吸，要不就是开门正对厕所，让人无法理解的房型，要不就是挨着电梯，晚上根本让人无法入睡。总之非常差。可是价格确根本不便宜。如果房价一两百也就凑合住了，可是小500一间一晚的价格，居然是这种房。总之最好不要住。如果确实住也不要被服务员什么没有有明窗房，没法换，规定如此这类的话骗到，坚持提要求，因为事实证明最后都能解决，只是如果好言提出就肯定没办法，一句话就是只欺负老实人就对了。
