酒店的前台小姐姐 楼层大姐和工程部小哥都很不错 因为住了两天 第二晚晚上空调出现故障 找了楼层 大姐也是主动询问是否需要叫工程部 觉得麻烦就不用了 后面是确实冷了 就再次联系前台处理 工程部小哥查明原因后主动联系前台换房 自己的东西又比较多 就不想换 给小哥也说了不换房没事的 前台小姐姐还把自己的取暖器给到我们 很不错的一次体验
