公寓总体还是不错的，有洗衣机，冰箱，厨房，从到地方，到进房，没有见到人，只有打电话和微信联系，退房给的停车券不够，还要自己掏6元钱才可以出停车场。倒霉。

优点:地理位置还不错，楼下便是团结桥地铁站，马路对面锦江宾馆旁边就是沃尔玛超市，很方便。老板很热情，有求必应，虽未谋面，但微信回复很及时。房间很好，13层，收拾的很干净，床品一客一换的，有保洁阿姨的，早上走的早，保洁阿姨正在打扫楼道卫生，还叮嘱我们不要忘带东西，停车场在负二层，住在这里，老板给停车票。
缺点:卫生间洗浴房下水慢，灯光不是很明亮，拖鞋不是一次性的，没有漱口杯，希望能改进。
温馨提示:德誉公寓在地上没有明显的标牌，在青桐公寓旁边右手边第二个单元，单元门口对着河边，如果开车，地下停车场有标牌，按指示走就可以了。

地铁站出来就到，还挺便利。隔音也还可以，高楼层没有蚊子这点挺好。总体来说还算满意，以后来苏州还会考虑住这边。

非常方便的酒店公寓，交通便利，地铁站就在门口，停车有地下停车场，房间面积大，价格实惠，在苏州的同等档次中，性价比高，安静舒适，每次到苏州都会选择。

公寓式的，很舒适，有家的感觉。推荐个人或家庭出游的住，尤其出行时间较长天数多的，因为有洗衣机、冰箱等生活设施，虽然算不上十全十美，但这个价格超值了。推荐
