别的我就不说，我住的那间空调只能作用三分钟，然后自动熄火，前台反应没有用 ，工作人员反映了之后，来开了一下就走了，开空调谁不会，关键是它会自己关，到最后也没解决好，内心以拉黑名单

该酒店地理位置绝佳，出两条地铁交汇处，6号口出门就是，连锁酒店服务好，提供旅游地图和交通路线，早餐一般但能吃饱，免费提供2瓶水，只是设施有点旧了。

从苏州火车站坐四号线到乐桥站，从6号出口出站，就在出站口，很方便（我们百度导航从7号出口出来，虽然也近，但是建议从6号口出来，更近）。
酒店大堂挺大的，坐电梯必须刷房卡，电梯口还有工作人员值班，针对非住客进行登记，这点觉得非常好，很有安全感。
房间挺大的，而且让人惊喜的是这个价格居然有小冰箱，保险箱，wifi也是房间独立的。
不足的是隔音效果不好，敲了敲一面墙发现好像是隔板还是什么，反正不是实心的，所以隔音才不好吧。
