服务很好，要求换房间、加小孩拖鞋，都能热情满足。服务员都能热情打招呼。房间硬件也很好，就不多说了。位置相对较偏，适合自驾游，地下停车库很方便。客流量不是很大，大堂因此显得空旷。不过也因此显得清幽安静，尤其是靠独墅湖那边的房间，靠星湖街那边的房间由于车流量大还是有点吵。餐厅，不知道是不是苏州的习惯，在西餐厅举行的龙虾烧烤自助，8点就打烊了，我们吃到8点半，周围服务员来来回回收菜擦桌子扫地，看来吃饭还是要趁早。br酒店对面是白鹭园，除此外周边似乎没有什么游玩的地方。适合只是想找个舒服的酒店住的旅行，性价比比较高。
