酒店环境不错，服务也挺好
进停车场的路是单行道，入口没有指示牌，很容易进入商业区的收费停车场，建议在T字路口设立醒目的指示牌。

优点：位置还是不错，布局合理，屋内干净卫生，做了个小园林，价格相对性价比比较高。
缺点：房多人少服务欠缺我看主要是忙不过来，隔音差，我住的房相对很隐蔽了早晨自然会被吵醒，我觉得体验最差的是服务意识欠缺，我住的那天供水设施在维修，入住时并未被告知，洗澡的时候才发现挺凉的，这让我在这个酒店的体验降至冰点，希望以后改正吧，因为心情差所以没拍照，不过连锁品牌装修风格都没什么区别。

这个酒店离哪也不近！而且出租车公共交通都不能到，都得停在步行街然后走一公里才能到酒店！入住一进屋两只大蚊子，厕所还有只不明长条形昆虫的尸体！最郁闷的是最后一天没有热水，不能洗澡！说是零件坏了，到退房也没热水！房间在停车场边上，早上和半夜都是伴着汽车发动的引擎声！

酒店位置很好，旁边是观前街，对面走是平江路。离苏州博物馆拙政园都很近，步行10分钟左右。挺满意的一次入住体验
