优点只有酒店位置很好房间很大，坐房里可以直接看日出，下楼可以沿着湖边散步，坐坐歇歇。但是真的浪费了这么好的地儿没有好好维护，游泳池都脏的不成样，一个不知道啥时候搭的小舞台就很破旧的摆在树堆里。晚上开灯发现床头灯都拆了没有装，特别暗。卫生间通风不大好，浴缸里面也黑黑脏脏的毛巾都是破破烂烂的冰箱也很脏甚至有臭味。最关键的床特别硬！！睡的很难受。前台的一个男接待真的很差劲，一点专业的意识都没有甚至都没有对客人起码的尊重。有个餐厅的服务还挺好但正好就整个环境就是有点油腻没有干净舒服的感觉。以前明明是很好的宾馆到现在怎么会变成这种样子，太可惜这么一块好地方了。

空调只能打到5度才能启动，催了三次才来弄空调。吃晚饭地方在二楼，菜单居然在一楼，服务员也不解释清楚。服务和管理确实有待加强，除了靠太湖风景优美之外，真的没有啥优点。

这个酒店错落这个美丽的地方！领导根本无心关注！服务质量根本不可以评论！我们宿一夜感慨万分！以后再也不宿这个饭店！主要是服务态度太差！
