位置不错，就在太湖边。大闸蟹交易市场对面，方便吃蟹了。房间的窗户设计不好，不是落地那种，湖景房被遮住部分可惜了。免费升级了套房还是感激的。

预定时看网上评价不错，就订了，中午到店时说房间还没打扫干净，需要等20分钟，入住时显然打扫卫生得匆匆，茶杯里还有咖啡痕迹，反正不会用，就没有打电话给前台，结果结账时说我们撕烂了一袋咖啡，需要20元，让我再无法忍受，（最终没让我付咖啡钱）被子厚，即使空调打到20度，也热，明明房间清单上写有矿泉水2元1瓶，结果前台说矿泉水是送的，害得我们都没用，可见酒店服务不到位，早餐时服务员少不说，而且一直聊天，根本没有服务客人的意识。酒店位置不错，对面全是大闸蟹市场和一望无际的太湖
