酒店服务真的很棒。尤其前台服务的客服管家~张瑞先女士服务态度好。认真负责。让我们感觉到家的感觉。值得点赞！
另外，要特别提到的客服经理王卫东。我们全家一起到老家常熟去度假。房间预定3个。没有想到第三个房间都是烟味。让我们无法走进这环境。周末房间比较紧张的情况下。王卫东亲自一个个房间去巡找。最后让我满意住上的喜欢的无烟房间。真的感谢！点赞好评！下次还会住这家酒店！

离方塔虞山很近，旁边博物馆，美术馆很近哦，吃饭有，得月楼，城北，很方便br酒店服务太好了，都很人性化br早餐也蛮丰富的，还有免费下午茶供应！br有洗车服务，总之很不错的！
