酒店挺好的，同程艺龙服务垃圾，前一天订好了酒店，次日告知酒店涨价了，酒店没办法确认，之前定的给我操作退款，按高价让我支付，离店后3天再把差价退还给我，10天过去了，联系电话客服和在线客服，电话打了多少次，就是没有人处理联系，真的是厉害，不想退差价一开始就直接给我退款好了，搞那么多事情，明目张胆的欺诈。
