到了艺龙上的地址打电话给房东，没想到把我们带去另一个地方。别墅够大，不过真的很简陋，电视里都是90年代的箱式的，厕所看起来很脏，灯好多都是坏的。太差了

卫生情况太糟糕了，3个房间的厕所漏水根本无法使用。里面服务的人居然说知道的，知道怎么不及时告知我们呢！
所有的电视机都是坏的，麻将台2台，其中一台也是坏的。
其实也不算是酒店了，就是别墅借出来而已。
不知道是因为长假，还是一贯如此。总之A区很糟糕
不会再去！

这个酒店很难找到，我提前5天打电话给酒店要地址，酒店说等下把地址发我手机上直到我入住那天也没有发过，问携程要地址携程就叫我打电话给酒店，为了个地址打了十几个电话等到当天到酒店附近才给我太辛苦了。再说说服务唯一的服务就是带我去房间然后问我收钱只能现金不能拉卡，然后就没见过服务员直到退房才出现。别墅里除了2个麻将桌没有其他东西了连个桌子都没有，太差了以后不会去了。

本来预订的别墅确认无房，后经过携程另换一套，但当天到店后订的那套有人住着，只能零时安排一套。这除了外观还有点像别墅意外，设施什么的都太差了。卫生也一塌糊涂。门框上蛛网很大一片。当时携程收的担保金是针对我们消费者的，那我们消费者的权益谁担保呢？不知携程与改别墅合作时是否了解过改别墅。照片与实体完全不一样。对携程的信任大打折扣。
