不太喜欢，凌晨4点多入住，我们也没有要求零点房价什么的，早上12点前两个电话催促退房，就怕我们赖在那边似的，协商下，才开始还只肯延迟到12点半，后来才极不情愿的推迟到一点退房，如果这是酒店硬规定，那我只能说太没有人性化了。
