很棒啊！房间配高档洗浴用品，又有玖瑰花茶、潽洱茶醇香回味。在晚上8:30时，还可以到酒店书房享用晚点，真象家一样。

非常难得的一家优质酒店。进门就给人耳目一新的惊喜。装修质朴、典雅又舒适。设施齐全，连马桶都是带冲洗、加热型的，给冬天一份久违的暖意。

环境不错，虽然不是星级酒店，但完全不逊于星级酒店，晚上从房间窗口看湖面上的星星点点渔火，很惬意！

非常不错，窗外就是苏州河，很宁静不喧哗，设施很齐全，人性化，卫洗丽，浴盐，毛巾加热设备，欧舒丹用品，香薰等，饮料准备了6瓶水四瓶软饮。还有下午茶和晚安甜点，有退房直接可以走，不用等，感觉非常棒，下次还要入住。

相当满意的体验，房间亲水，推开门就是景区的河，对着河就有一个浴缸。设施很赞，有卫洗丽，浴盐，毛巾加热设备，欧舒丹用品，香薰等，饮料准备了6瓶水四瓶软饮。还有下午茶和晚安甜品，店员很客气。一流的服务带来一流体验。唯一不足找来找去也就只有阳台的栏杆太软有点危险，建议换一个。

山塘街的入口，河道边上，小桥流水人家，很有味道的庭院布置。室内中式风格，从小摆设绿植到茶壶茶叶罐，都有设计想表达的元素。服务很热情，客厅的红糖茶很赞。只是第二次去时，可能客人太少，厨房明显就跟不上了，吃的没有第一次满意，是个小遗憾，在临河的座位上，晒着冬日暖阳，如果美食依旧该有多好呢！
