订的亲子房，入住时就送了3瓶芬达。乘坐电梯要上一小段阶梯，但问题不大。房间也不错，这个价位能订到复式房已经很好了。但有个问题，就是电梯和房间都感觉比较闷，尤其是阁楼的洗手间没有排气扇，导致不敢在那上厕所，怕卧室会有异味。

旅游才回来，酒店位置很优越，入住就送了两听雪碧，很暖心。前台的漂亮美女态度亲切，房间清爽简洁，免费升级了房间，总体来说很满意，有机会还会来入住。

很干净整洁，前台妹妹很热情服务很好。到酒店就送饮料，还耐心给我们指点景区路线。地理位置特别好，拙政园，狮子林，平江路都是出门步行几分钟即到。下次来还会入住！
