1.旅馆有年头，设施很陈旧；2.被子很潮湿，睡觉很痛苦；3.房间有异味，之前未通风；4.服务很毛糙，毛巾都没有；5.洗澡很辛苦，下水道不通。

五一出行,本打算订一个离观前街比较近的酒店,可惜人满为患,同程给推荐的这个地方,感觉还不错,很幽静的一个大院子,去观前街也很方便,一辆公交车501就到了(苏州出租车太难打了,无奈之选),而且就靠近另外一个商业区,晚上还可以去旁边一个古街上逛逛,很是热闹,总之还不错

应该说该酒店的位置是得天独厚的！旁边就是山塘街！白天去别的地方玩，晚上回来逛山塘很棒的！交通也还可以，因为旁边就是阊门，打车去拙政园是18元，去虎丘我们做的是3轮，是20元。虽然房间真的挺小的，但是卫生间还是还是挺大的，设备倒是一应俱全，服务态度很好，可以免费存包包的。总之，238的大床B，在五一黄金周，还是不错的！

1.酒店地理位置离观塘古镇还是比较近的，但是离观前街以及狮子林和拙政园比较远，尤其是在苏州打车很不方便，远了之后很难玩的尽兴；
2.酒店的外部环境不错，鸟语花香，晚上睡觉比较安静。但是由于酒店年老失修，很多设备比如淋浴喷头和电视机已经不怎么管用了。
3.这家酒店适合商务人士或者需要开会的人士入住；但是不适合自助游或者年轻人士。。

第二次在同程 订酒店，为了晚上逛山塘街就定了这家酒店，很方便，就是房间有点小，走到山塘有5分钟就到了，不错，
