这次10月2日我明明是一起预定了四个房 间并且一起入住10月3日上午我们一起统一退房的但在10月3日有短信通知说我预定的另两间房未入住后来我回到上海后与艺龙联系之后再确认我准时入住和退房的事宜我经常通过艺龙预定酒店这还是第一碰到!希望该酒店要改进服务假如改进我以后选择该酒店的!

因为入住时，我向客房中心需再增加一套毛巾和浴巾，被告知须再付款增加，这是至今为止我们如入酒店从未碰到的状况；另外我是你们艺龙的会员，这次我一共预定了4间客房，但我收到你们的短信说我名字预定的另外两间10月2日没有入住，我明明4间一起入住的，一起退房的，咋会这样？希有待改进，那下次我们还会选择这家酒店。
