我定的是豪华大床房，结果是人家经常打麻将的房间，地板上都是烟头烫伤的痕迹，淋浴头是坏的放着的，我自己修理的，水漏缠满头发，不打开水都漫起来了，马桶上有黄黄的痕迹。但服务人员的服务态度是好的。
