房间一般 浴缸没啥用处 床太软不舒服 酒店的服务更差 晚上我要被子叫我可以关掉空调 明明没送过来 第二天退房时还问我拿没拿 我要你们被子干嘛 携程特价419 去哪儿只要309 和前台说 前台说是不是一个档次的房间 我就搞不懂了 一栋楼里有不同级别的酒店和户型？为什么不事先讲清楚呢？ 还有 我都已经退房了 携程还发短信说是酒店没有确认到我入住 我又把房号和发票号码报给携程 搞不懂酒店和携程之间是怎么沟通的 反正住的很不爽
