严重怀疑酒店前台和酒店餐厅不是一家的，前台服务一般，没有笑容，打电话给前台宝宝泡奶要瓶水，说要收费五元，住了这么多酒店第一次听说多要一瓶水要收费，无语。后来经理一样的人马上就来给我送了两瓶，我没要，因为要赶飞机所以没要，我觉得酒店服务还需加强，不要什么都往钱看，我在杭州住的君尚饭店，人家都是主动问要不要添东西，一瓶水买不来好评也买不来一个人的差评，只希望酒店不要一味的索要好评，把服务做上去自然好评如潮，个人中肯意见。
