2018年2月27日，因公出差苏州吴中区，在网上订东吴怡景豪邸大酒店，支付成功，进酒店办理入住手续，被酒店服务人员告知酒店拒单，说是网站私自发布价格酒店不承认，把责任完全推向网站，并且服务员对待客人态度极其冷漠骄横，甚过之！吾以为，网站和酒店是合作一方，你们不应该也不可以把彼此合作之间的问题交由客人买单，既然客人支付成功，合同即成立，先得把客人妥善安排好之后再和网站协商，而不是蛮横的拒客人于千里之外，不顾及客人的任何利益感受，是酒店以为生意尚好，多一客少一客无所谓，还是认为自己店大我欺汝，汝能奈我何！此酒店服务甚冷，甚差！！！
