我住902卫生间马桶顶上漏水的，毛巾全是旧的已经烂了。设施陈旧，前台服务很差。没有插电卡，要了也不给 。价格贵，单连3星级也达不到。

酒店吃饭的很多，周围吃饭方便，对面大润发，购物吃饭都可以，离苏州景区距离不远，自驾游的话，开车到园林20分钟左右，春节自驾旅游，偕家人入住，整体不错，挺开心，酒店环境舒适，睡眠也不错，门口有个小喷泉，夏天的感觉。

酒店位置还好，周边有大润发超市，吃饭娱乐都方便，卫生一般，没有送的矿泉水这点不好，早餐勉强过得去，总的来说还可以
