无耻，客人根本没有来入住，由于先付了房费，就不肯取消订单，请问客人昨天入住哪个房间，什么时候入住退房的呢？元旦假期，房间肯定是可以给其他客人的，酒店不会有任何损失。我要投诉，霸王条款
