酒店不错，刚开始看评价说很老的酒店，去了以后一点也没失望，服务很好，房间也挺宽敞。重点是位置特别好，就在平江路对面，出门就可以逛。坐地铁也很方便，总之很满意！

如好多人评价的大堂很气派，一般宾馆现在都是不同的枕头3个，这家就两个软的不行，现在的天晚上只有8度，就一条空调被，没空调没关系，加床被却说满员给了条重的不行的毛毯…各种不满意，瞬间对苏州的好感也降低了，如果附近有好的酒店绝不会选这家！

环境不行，设备差，床和家具都是老款的，灯也是老款的。水龙头的淋浴喷头切换都没见过，所以不会用，卫生间的垃圾桶都没有套垃圾袋。床边电话想打个客服也没找到提示，只能去书桌的笔记本里找，终于找到。还好早饭还算满意，也对得起400多的价格了～以后不会再去住了。

出了电视有点旧，其他设施都很好，地理位置也好，离平江路只需过个马路，非常方便，早餐也很好，自助晚餐98一位，很不错的
