酒店很干净，设施齐全，用品很正规。卫生间空间小，但设计得很巧妙，合理地利用了空间。服务很热心，大堂的保安人员很负责。门前的停车位较多，停车很方便。早餐略简陋，能吃饱

五一去住的，节假日房源都很紧张，价格肯定就比平时贵了，当时住的是大床房，房内卫生还可以，就是卫生间水龙头的水很小，酒店地段挺好的，到观前街步行大概十五分钟左右，出门左边十分钟可到小吃街，旁边就有公交站台，有旅游1路车，去虎丘和拙政园一步车直达。

<P>五一期间住了两天，总体感觉还可以，房间里挺干净的，服务人员也很热情，房间里的玻璃卫生间很有些暧昧的气氛。标准房的空间太小了，与348元的价格比其性价比不是很高！酒店的地理位置还不错，离观前街走十几分钟就到了，离苏州著名的山塘街和石路商业街也不远～～如果价格低点的话，可以一住～～～～</P>
