先说优点吧，地理位置不错，附近商圈走走都能到，物业管理严格，楼层高视野好，装修也还不错，有点小家的感觉。再说缺点：空调说开不了，四月初晚上还是挺冷的，灶台水池和洗手台还留着上一波客人使用的垃圾，没有停车场，没有前台。

刚开门就看见一大包阿姨打扫的东西没拿走??，一次性拖鞋也是晚上要洗澡时怎么找都没找到打电话问来的。厨房烧水时用湿巾擦了下桌面都是脏的。卫生真的不太行，房间还算大，位置离商业区和金鸡湖挺近。
