有史以来最差的一家宾馆。服务态度更差，几个老巫婆样的中年妇女，态度嚣张的不的了。真想不到艺龙还能把这么差的酒店放进来。房间霉味重，空调不行，什么都是破旧的。真是脏乱差。以后再也不会定这个垃圾酒店了。旁边这么多酒店，真搞不懂这种酒店怎么存在。

去拙政园的话非常高不方便 打不到车 没有公交，房间太吵了 晚上睡觉不好，空调外籍噪音

酒店的管理服务层次水平真的很低 ，管理人员的素质很欠缺，本来我订房间已经定好了 根本不需要用信用卡担保 他们看酒店周末生意好客人多，就偏要我用信用卡担保，否则就不给我留房 ，我没开信用卡 跟酒店提议把银行卡号给我 我直接先把房钱付过去，他们还是不同意 他们在有生意做的时候 就根本不会在乎一个普通客人的感受 不会去主动提供客人方便 他们就靠着一个唯一的地理位置的优点 靠近观前街 别的全部不可取
