酒店环境，住宿都不错的。只是入住那天服务员服务态度把我火大的，爱理不理也就算了，全程各种不耐烦。可以理解，年轻人不懂规矩爱耍小脾气。但是你们给我安排错房间我不怪你就不错了，还给我刷脸，我这暴脾气。居然白眼完，当我面让阿姨检查置换的房间我有没动过东西。哎哟，看能耐的咋不上天啊。做服务员委屈你了都。老板有这样得罪人的员工也是修来的福啊！！！！讲真到现在我还想冲过去揍**一顿！！

假酒离苏州乐园很近，环境也特别好，我们是夜里面到的，服务员态度很好，只是早餐种类不多，但毕竟免费嘛
