酒店很干净，在湖边上，但是装修气味还比较大，房间隔音不好，上下左右的人们就算刷个牙都听的很清楚

酒店太差了 隔音很不好 每晚都听隔壁在打电话 很清楚 房间小的很 还那么贵 和周边的几个五星酒店就差100元 再也不会住这个破酒店了

酒店位置非常好，里面的设施很好，木艺风格，很舒适，酒店卫生也很好，房间很干净，装牙洗漱用品的还是一个木子匣子，很干净，化妆镜很亮，有补光灯。前台的服务也很细致，因为喜欢酒店的白茶，退房时前台赠送了茶包和茶饼，非常好的一次体验，以后出行还选全季。

房间很大很干净。早餐也还很丰盛。酒店位置非常好，十米远就是独墅湖，风景优美，适合散步。前台小哥很热心，外面下雨主动提醒可以借伞给我。第二天还把房间主动升级了，赞一个。
