我在携程网上订好了双床房，到店时已经剩最后一间房了，到房一看是间大床房只好住下了，房间挺大的，设施陈旧，房间不通风有味道。早餐还行，停车也方便。退房时时提出换了大床房应事先告知我一下，可总台服务员说大床房间比双床房还贵一些呢，我不能接受这种说法。
