酒店周边环境不错，总体服务也还好，但是卫生间毛巾实在不敢恭维，（虽然每次都会自备毛巾之类），****小广告频繁，晚上10:30以后还有发的，安全问题令人担忧

位置偏些，离火车站远些，但比较肃静。服务设施，卫生及服务态度都不错。打车去车站十几元人民币，酒店还给报销部分。挺好的。到观前街，拙政园等景点公交直达，很方便。我是在携程网预订的酒店。苏州不大，主要景点附近住宿紧张，需早定。其实住宿位置无所谓的。
