首先酒店被子枕头都很旧，甚至枕头颜色都泛黄了，再次叫打扫房间后客房里放的免矿竟然是喝过的，并且电梯不是刷卡进入的么，为什么送外卖的还能上来，并且第二天早上起来门口还有几张乱七八糟看着恶心的小卡片，叫前台借个指甲刀她说只能在前台用不能借回房间，这是什么毛病，总之很差的体验，但由于我懒还是住了三天……

这次出行没有提前订酒店，到苏州后边走边找的酒店，刚好路过这里，看酒店的环境设施各方面都还不错，房间宽敞，只是没有提供早餐，不过价格很实惠。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

离地铁南门站和汽车南站都不远，离火车站也挺近，旁边在修地铁，不过挺安静不影响休息，出差旅游都挺合适的，前台挺热情也比较有耐心。

还可以，不是新酒店，但是服务还是很到位，一开始房间朝向马路太吵，要求换一个立刻就给换了。但是由于路边在修马路，环境还是不是特别OK。酒店房间还行，中规中矩，距离景区也还算近
